It's getting closer! In a little under six weeks, my first new release in almost two years will be unleashed! I am unashamedly counting down the days, and I hope you are, too! I really need to break myself of this exclamation point habit, don't I? In other fabulous news, I've also received a release date for End Balance. Mark your calendars for January 9th. I'll have a veritable fountain of new releases that week, as the Lust at First Bite anthology from Black Lace makes its US debut on the 6th. I 'm sure many of you are making your travel plans for the Romantic Times convention in Orlando next year. Know that I'm am totally envying you. At this point in time, I'm tentatively planning on attending the Romance Writers of America conference in Washington, DC in July and Ellora's Cave's very first Romanticon in Ohio in October. I'm really looking forward to traveling to writer and reader conferences next year as it's been a few years and, dammit, I need a fix! I hope I'll be able to meet as many of you as possible next year and I'll be updating you once my plans firm up. Engagingly yours,

The Man From HATHOR is an intriguing tale, well written and lively.
I especially enjoyed experiencing the different locations. Everything
was described so vividly I had no trouble recognizing ancient
Egypt and the ceremony was also filled with many scintillating
details.

Maher has created a fascinating world of gods, creatures of the
night and mortals with psychic powers. Fast paced with explicit
sex scenes, this story draws one in quickly and ends much too
soon.

Spring Storm is a fast, scorching read that I experienced quick
as a flash. The dialogue was delightful and Aiden and Gwyn were
a wonderful pair who had great chemistry!

Crocodile on the Sandbank by Elizabeth Peters - Miss Amelia Peabody is not one to let anything get in the way of her accomplishing what she sets out to do, namely the conquering of Egypt. Through travel, of course. Not a wispy companion who succumbs to illness, nor the sudden reappearance of suitors for her newly rescued and hired companion. And heaven knows the ancient mummy haunting the dig of the deliciously handsome Emerson brothers (not that Amelia would tell the elder Emerson of that description, however) can't deter her. This is a wonderfully warm and amusing mystery with one very liberated lady leading the way. This feature will return next month.
